That class isn't until 7:00pm. So I usually end up working until 1 and then use the afternoon to do all my errands. AND TODAY... my class was cancelled!!!! How nice is that?
So I will use this time to play blog catch up.
Madelyn does her best to offer moral support in every situation, this time it was a date. I am not a fan of them... well I am when I'm interested in the kid. I'll almost always give someone a first date, because why not? My reaction in the second picture may look like I was disappointed in never hitting the jackpot (which I was) but it was more my attitude in general. He didn't know that though... I played along like it was the best night of my week.
After last Wednesday, I decided I am IN LOVE... with weeknight dates. I have school the next day so it's totes okay to say 'no thank you' to the next activity because you have to wake up the next morning. weeknight dates=no marathon dates.
Which is why when I got an out of the blue call from a past acquaintance (so random) I scheduled another wednesday date. If we both have a good time, then let's move onto the weekend!

For some reason, we feel like we can do whatever we want at the institute... Like play soccer in the hallway.
... and have waffle parties in the kitchen. This one got a little out of control. All I wanted was something to eat. I rounded up pancake mix, oil, a waffle iron, a selection of toppings, and a couple people to join me for lunch. More people kept on coming in to join and thus, Waffle Wed-thursday was created. I probably should get approval on this before it gets even more out of hand in the future.
This is Madelyn stressing and me... helping her? Not.
This picture just cracks me up.
While she tried to figure out the rules of campaigning for the Peak Party I was debating about how many muffins I could eat without it becoming a joke.
And Finally, IT WAS MADELYNS BIRTHDAY!!
We celebrated with dinner, cake with her fam, and game night with some new found friends. I honestly don't know what I would do without these girls.
Bring on the weekend.

Not going to lie, the muffin picture made me laugh out loud, stop and then laugh again. You and your bread products.
